Savages Share Trailer For New Album Coming in 2016
Here’s something to look forward to: Savages have a new record on the way. The UK post-punk foursome have shared an electrifying trailer for the as of yet untitled new record, which is slated for release in 2016. The trailer features Henry Rollins reading words from Phyllis Rose’s Jazz Cleopatra: Josephine Baker In Her Time against footage shot during the group’s January residency in New York City. If you’re a frequenter of NYC concert venues, you’ll recognize Baby’s All Right‘s distinct light display in the background of some of the shots. You can watch the whirlwind below.
