Casts of ‘Gotham’, ‘Younger’, ‘Quantico’ & More to Appear at PaleyFest in NYC, Tickets on Sale Now

New York City has become a hotbed for TV production. This year, over 50 series were shot within the city’s limits including breakouts Homeland, Younger, Gotham and Quantico. Next week, these shows and more will be celebrated at PaleyFest: Made in New York. Organized by the Paley Center for Media, the festival runs October 6-19, 2016 and tickets are on sale now.

PaleyFest is a bicoastal festival that launched its first New York edition in 2013. The multi-day affair gives fans a chance to learn more about their favorite shows through panel discussions with cast members and crew. While past festivals have included conversations on shows shot in variety of cities, the 2016 event joins the fest’s inaugural year in focusing solely on shows made in New York. The fête is also designated as being part of New York City’s Mayor’s Office of Media & Entertainment’s 50th Anniversary Campaign.

The fest kicks off October 6 with a panel on the award-winning drama Homeland. The session will let fans hear from Claire Danes, Mandy Patinkin, F. Murray Abraham, and Alex Ganssa about Season 6, which is set to premiere on Showtime on Sunday, January 15, 2017. Other highlights include Sutton Foster, Hillary Duff, Debi Mazar and Darren Star talking about the new season of TV Land’s hit show Younger, a conversation centered on Quantico with creator Joshua Safran and stars Priyanka Chopra and Blair Underwood, and a preview of Shades of Blue Season 2 with Jennifer Lopez and Ray Liotta (UPDATE: the Shades of Blue panel was canceled). The festival closes with a panel on Gotham.
