James Bond Meets the Author of All His Pain in New ‘Spectre’ Trailer

It’s Christmas in July for fans of James Bond as more details and a new trailer for Spectre have been released.

What we now know is that a cryptic message sends Bond on a rouge mission that takes him to Mexico City and then to Rome where he discovers the existence of an evil organization known as SPECTRE. Feeling heat from the office back in London for his wayward ways, Bond covertly enlists Moneypenny and Q to help him track down the one person who may hold the key to decoding this nefarious group: Madeline Swann the daughter of his old nemesis Mr. White. In the new trailer, we see Christoph Waltz emerge from the shadows, cast as the villainous Oberhauser. He delivers some hefty fighting words, telling Bond that he’s the author of all of his pain. It looks like #24 is going to be a sweet spot for the 007 franchise. Check out the action-packed trailer below.
