GENER8ION’s Track Ft. M.I.A. Has a Video, EP out Now on Bromance

After dropping “The New International Sound” in November, GENER8ION has teamed with Grammy-nominated, British-born Sri Lankan songstress M.I.A. for a follow up called “The New International Sound, Pt. 2.” The new song has a spellbinding video and can be found on a 4-track EP that dropped today via Bromance Records.

The video uses mesmerizing footage from Inigo Westmeier’s award-winning documentary Dragon Girls. The film finds Westmeier going inside the Shaolin Tagu Kung Fu school, the largest fighting school for youth in China, and following the lives of three young female students in training.

As for the song, M.I.A.’s auto-tuned vocals perfectly compliment the tracks catchy, pulsating beats. You can see for yourself below. The EP is available at iTunes.

GENER8ION is a pluridisciplinary entity that’s the brainchild of French producer Surkin. Along with M.I.A. longtime collaborator Switch, Surkin produced “Bring The Noize” off M.I.A.’s fourth studio album Matangi. He’s also known for his remixes for acts such as Charli XCX and Usher.
