James Franco Finds The Past Hates Trespassers in New ‘11.22.63’ Teaser Trailer
Hulu has delivered another tantalizing teaser trailer for 11.22.63. Soundtracked by Bobby Vinton’s “Over and Over”, the trailer is series of quick cuts that first presents scenes shot in reverse before taking a more sinister turn. James Franco, who plays English teacher Jake Epping, is found engaging in a kiss, dealing with a nasty bug infestation, and almost getting hit by a car. You can check the trailer out below.
Based on Stephen King’s New York Times best-selling 2011 novel, 11.22.63 is a thriller that finds Epping traveling back in time to prevent the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. However, as we learn from the new trailer, the past hates trespassers, and will not willingly be changed. 11.22.63, which is executive produced by JJ Abrams, Stephen King, Bridget Carpenter and Bryan Burk, also stars Chris Cooper, Josh Duhamel, T.R. Knight, Cherry Jones, Sarah Gadon, Lucy Fry, George MacKay and Daniel Webber. It will air on Hulu as an eight-part series and premieres Presidents Day, Feb. 15, 2016.
